August Update

We were delighted to organise the incredibly successful Reindeer Hunt for families as part of the Greytown Festival of Lights. Anton Persico, our sales manager, was literally run off his feet in order to keep up with demand as the children went from retailer to retailer finding the ‘reindeer stamps’ in order to help Santa. Everyone received a prize once all Reindeer were found. Also, thanks to The White Swan who contributed to this very successful event.

Although Covid 19 has delayed our on-site construction program we are very happy with progress to date. Holmes Construction, our construction partner, have the concrete pad down and frames are up for the show villa, which can be viewed from Reading Street.

At the back of the site, the poplar shelterbelts are coming down and some of the fruit trees are coming out to make way for the first stage of the building platforms consisting of 14 villas. Higgins will soon commence the civil works for Stage 1 - including roading, pathways, water and sewage.

Our sales program is going very well and has only been enhanced by the lockdown. The experience highlighted to potential purchasers the advantages of the retirement village model during this really difficult time as residents of retirement villages are very well cared for with grocery deliveries, health care and much less of a feeling of social isolation.
