Final Stages of Construction on Show Villa

The team at Greytown Orchards is very excited to announce that the show villa will be complete and ready for viewing in mid-January 2021.

We are absolutely delighted with the look and feel of this property and we think you will be too!

In the coming weeks the scaffolding surrounding the show villa will be removed to make way for the external painting to be completed. We have started on internal finishing work which will be completed by mid-December to make way for the installation of the window furnishings and furniture. The final touches will be the external landscaping and this will commence in early January to allow for our opening.

Stage 1a consisting of 14 villas is all but sold out and once the show villa is open we will be releasing Stage 1b consisting of a further 14 villas.
